1975 - 1978 Studied Photography at Ealing Technical College for three years and gained College Diploma in "Professional Photography".

1978 - 1979 Assistant at Vic Kettle Studios, Brentford, London. Mostly product photography, for GEC, Unipart, Shaeffer and Beacham.

1979 - Assistant to Norman Gold at Dent-Davis Associates, Kensington, London. Worked on Range Rover and Opel Ascona catalogues.

1979 - 1992 Staff Photographer at EMAP National Publications Ltd (specialising in motocycles, cars and gardening photography).

1992 - 1993 Chief Photographer at EMAP National Publications Ltd.

1993 - Freelance Photographer and Writer.
